By creating an Invoicebird account or using the service, you agree to these terms. They are a simple product agreement, not legal advice.

The service

Invoicebird lets you create, store, and download invoice PDFs. Free accounts may create up to three invoices per calendar month (UTC) and PDFs include a watermark. A paid Pro plan, when offered, removes that cap and watermark.

Your content

You own the business, client, and invoice information you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to store it. We may process it only to provide the product.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, or use Invoicebird for unlawful invoices or spam. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that harm the service.

Availability

We provide the product as-is. Hosting, email, and database outages can happen. We are not liable for lost invoices, delayed payments, or indirect damages beyond what applicable law requires.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision.
